Why does Ruby Tulip & Co. offer pre-orders?
Aloe Ferox products are in high-demand and we, as a small business, are unable to carry full stock of every item year-round. Pre-orders allow us to bring you fresh products while managing stock sustainably and reducing waste.

A pre-order means you are reserving your item before it arrives in stock. Once the pre-order window closes, we order directly from the supplier and prepare your items for dispatch as soon as they arrive.
How long do pre-orders take to be delivered?
Pre-orders typically take 10–15 business days to arrive after the cut-off date. This allows time for supplier processing, shipping to us, and careful packing before delivery to you.
When do pre-orders close?
The cut-off date is found in a timer format in a announcement banner at the top of the website. You will also find the cut-off daed clearly stated on the product page.
Orders placed after this date will automatically move to the next pre-order cycle (if available).
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Because pre-orders are made specifically based on customer requests, pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If you have an issue or made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.
Can I change my order after placing a pre-order?
Small changes may be possible within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately if you need adjustments.
Do I have to pay upfront?
Yes. Full payment is required to secure your pre-order. This ensures your item is reserved especially for you.
Can I combine a pre-order with in-stock items?
Yes, you can place them in the same order.
