Processing Time

All orders are handmade and packaged with care. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. Custom orders may take a little longer—this will be noted on the product page.

Delivery Timeframe

We ship via trusted South African courier services to ensure your order arrives safely.

Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days (after dispatch)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or public holidays.

We currently ship within South Africa only.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Tracking Your Order
